How this works
Olathe Roof Pros is a local marketing and booking service for roofing in the Olathe area. Homeowners call us; the work is performed by independent local contractors we work with, who hire their own crews. That means there are two ways to work with us.
If you're a licensed and insured contractor
We send booked estimate appointments — real homeowners with a real roof project — to contractors who show up on time, quote honestly and clean up. We check a clean fall-protection record, your own transportation and hand tools, and the paperwork before we send anyone a lead. Email hello@olatheroofpros.com with your company name, service area and a copy of your certificate of insurance.
If you're looking for crew work
The contractors we work with are usually looking for experienced shinglers and metal installers, crew leads who can run a tear-off safely, estimators who can read a roof and write an honest scope, and office help for permits and insurance paperwork. We're happy to pass your details along. What they'll ask for: a clean fall-protection record, your own transportation and hand tools, and — for crew leads and contractors — general liability and workers' compensation coverage plus whatever registration or license the state requires for residential roofing.
